1. Scope of this policy

This Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site and through the strategy call request form. It does not apply to information collected offline, to information handled by third-party websites we link to, or to the internal records of our clients.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

When you complete the “Book a Strategy Call” form, we collect:

  • Your business name
  • Your email address
  • Your business website address, if you choose to provide it
  • Your monthly advertising spend range

We do not ask for, and do not want to receive, sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, health information, or information about children. Please do not include such information in the form or in any message to us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to operate the Site, protect it against abuse, and understand aggregate traffic patterns. The Site uses no third-party analytics tools or advertising pixels. Our hosting platform automatically records aggregate, privacy-oriented session data (such as pages viewed and session duration) to operate and secure the Site. This data is not used for advertising and is not shared with advertisers.

Information from other sources

We do not purchase personal information about you from data brokers or other third parties, and we do not combine the information you submit with data purchased elsewhere.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and arrange your strategy call
  • To send the confirmation email you request and follow-up messages about your inquiry
  • To prepare for and conduct our call, and to assess whether our services fit your business
  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Site, and to diagnose technical problems
  • To measure and improve the Site and our advertising
  • To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our rights

4. Marketing communications

We may contact you about your inquiry and, where permitted by law, about our services. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails or by emailing us. We will continue to send transactional messages that relate to a request you have made, such as your confirmation email.

5. Legal bases for visitors outside the United States

If you access the Site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on: our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and running our business; your consent, where required, for marketing communications and non-essential cookies; the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already took place.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share limited information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: companies that provide hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and security services on our behalf. They are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers where necessary for our business.
  • Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Revival Point Marketing, our clients, or others, or to investigate fraud or security incidents.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
  • With your direction or consent.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed to operate and secure it, plus the hosting platform's session cookie described in Section 2. These technologies do not identify you by name and are not used for cross-site advertising.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when a cookie is set. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing; because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, no opt-out is necessary. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

8. Data retention

Lead form information: up to 24 months after our last communication with you, then deleted or de-identified. Server logs: up to 90 days. Records required for tax, accounting, or legal holds: retained only as long as those obligations require. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information and our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so except where we are required to keep it by law.

9. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. These include encrypted transmission of the form and access controls that limit lead records to authorized personnel. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

10. Your privacy rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request access to a copy of your personal information; to correct inaccurate personal information; to request deletion; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide our services.

Residents of other U.S. states

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. We do not sell personal information, do not engage in targeted advertising based on information collected on the Site, and do not conduct profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO). To exercise any of these rights, email support@revivalpointmarketing.com.

How to exercise your rights

Email support@revivalpointmarketing.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe what you would like us to do. We will verify your identity before acting, for example by confirming the email address you used to contact us. You may use an authorized agent who has your written permission. We will respond within the time required by law, which is generally 45 days and may be extended once where permitted.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. Where required by law, we will explain our reasoning and tell you how to escalate your concern to your state attorney general.

11. International visitors

The Site is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for those transfers.

12. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where a higher age applies. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date below whenever this Policy is revised. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where required we will provide additional notice.
